Continuous production process of graphitized carburizing agent
Graphitized carburizing agent is a kind of carburizing raw material. A certain amount of graphitized carburizing agent is added in the smelting process to improve the carbon content in molten iron and the mechanical properties of metal castings. With the wide application of graphitized carburizing agent in the smelting industry, it has also become an indispensable auxiliary additive for modern production of high-quality castings.
The calcined petroleum coke is lifted to the furnace top silo of the vertical graphitization furnace through the elevator. In the furnace top silo, the calcined petroleum coke enters the vertical graphitization furnace from the blanking port through its own gravity, and power is supplied to the vertical graphitization furnace according to the process and technical requirements. The resistance of the calcined petroleum coke itself is used to convert the electric energy into heat energy. With the discharge of the lower part of the graphitization furnace, the material layer in the furnace gradually moves down, and the calcined petroleum coke is gradually heated to 2500 ~ 3000 ℃ for high-temperature graphitization. At this time, the lattice transformation of carbon atoms occurs, removing the water and volatile in the material, High performance carbon materials with high quality and stable thermal properties were obtained.
The graphitized high-performance carbon material is gradually moved down. After the water-cooled wall, water-cooled support and bottom water-cooled material tray around the lower part of the vertical graphitization furnace are gradually cooled, the material temperature is reduced to room temperature. After cooling, it is discharged by the discharge equipment at the bottom of the graphite furnace to become a graphitization carburizing agent.
