Prebaked anode bonded by phenolic resin is featured with low porosity, high bulk density, good molten aluminum resistance and high temperature resistance. Due to enhanced heat conductivity property, slag off phenomenon happened on anode can be reduced significantly, which helps to elongate 3 to 5 days service life of anode. Besides that, purity of molten aluminum can be improved from 99.7% to 99.8% basing on our test data.
